Rainbow of Love – Athens is one of the most active and compassionate social initiatives in recent years. The citizen group’s main mission is to support individuals and families facing significant challenges in their daily lives. Driven by solidarity and selfless service, Rainbow of Love serves as a reference point for those in need of support and for those who wish to provide meaningful help to the local community.
The group’s activities include the collection and distribution of food, essential items, medicines, and clothing. Campaigns are often organized to support vulnerable individuals facing serious health or financial difficulties. The team works through coordinated efforts, leveraging the power of the community both online and through in-person initiatives in Athens, to provide essential assistance to those in need.
Another important area of activity is the care of stray animals. Through posts and joint initiatives, Rainbow of Love supports the feeding and medical care of animals in need, promoting awareness and respect for animals in society. The organization aims to offer hope, respect, and dignity to those who need help, highlighting a more humane side of society.
Our support includes over 709 deliveries to families, homeless people, and institutions, as well as donations such as pet food to shelters, furniture, washing machines, rugs, sofas, school supplies, and assistance for baptisms.
