The company “PEG FARM O.E.” has been active since 1975, in the production, oviposition, packaging and marketing of eggs, the distribution of eggs is carried out with privately owned trucks, which have chambers with continuous temperature recording.
The poultry unit has been certified as applying a Food Safety Management System (HACCP) for the production, oviposition, packaging and marketing of eggs in accordance with the ELOT Standard EN ISO 22000: 2005. In addition, the Unit has a Poultry Code: 3EL02062.
